REGISTRATION WILL TAKE PLACE AT STEVENS POOL

ALL SWIMMERS MUST FILL OUT THE SUMMER REGISTRATION FORMS ON THIS PAGE

REGISTRATION PAPERS WILL BE LOCATED AT THE POOL AS WELL. REGISTRATION WILL TAKE APROXIMATELY 20MINUTES, AND PLEASE BRING YOUR FIRST MONTHS PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION FEES WITH YOU AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION FOR EACH SWIMMER. THANK YOU!
