Joining the Masters program is simple.....Just click on the registration forms below, print, fill out, and turn into one of the Masters Coaches at practice. For more information on Practices refer back to our home page.

Registration/Payment Form

A registration form must be on file for all Masters Athletes to Participate in our program and to compete in Masters events with our team. You can update your information in our "Athlete Folder" that will be on deck during practice times.

USMS REGISTRATION - REQUIRED

In order to be an official member of our masters team, we are now requiring all of our athletes, fitness swimmers, and triathletes to register with USMS. Cost is $27 per year, print the form above, turn in with a check for $27 to Garden State Masters and you will be all set to go! Registration is necessary to compete in events with USMS and to be covered under USMS Insurance Regulations.
